Recreational Program Policies

Missed classes:
Make up classes are available for two missed classes per session. Make-ups must be arranged within the same session as the missed classes unless prearranged with a coach. Open gym is available as an alternative make-up option.

Behavior:
Our staff will do their best to redirect students who are behaving inappropriately during class. If the behavior of any child is affecting the safety of another individual including the coach, the child may be asked to sit out or be removed from the class for the duration.

Spectators:
Spectators are welcome at all times during classes! Spectators must remain in designated viewing areas at all times including siblings/friends of the gymnast. Spectators are asked not to communicate with gymnasts during their class as this distracts the entire class and could affect the safety of other gymnasts.

Refunds:
Sorry, no refund after the session has begun. Returned Checks: A $30 fee will be added for all returned checks.
